The Living Rooms Northallerton offers a drop in centre for people experiencing trauma or distress in their lives. The centre provides a relaxed and safe space with trained volunteers who will listen and support people in need. In addition the centre also offers a holistic programme of activities to promote the health and well being of vulnerable people including crafts, gardening and meditation.

1. THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE IN POOR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH IN NORTHALLERTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT, WITHIN A CHRISTIAN ETHOS. 2. TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN NORTHALLERTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS BY PREVENTING PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY, WITHIN A CHRISTIAN ETHOS.
