(B) TO COLLECT AND PRESERVE DOCUMENTS AND PHOTOGRAPHS RELEVANT TO THE DISTRICT AND TO ASSIST IN THE PROTECTION OF THE PHYSICAL REMAINS OF THE PAST. (C) TO MAKE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC FROM TIME TO TIME SUCH WRITINGS OR DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE AS MAY BE APPROPRIATE.
