THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF ELDERLY PEOPLE IN ANY MANNER WHICH IS NOW OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE WITHIN THE TOWN OF UCKFIELD AND SURROUNDING AREAS.
