TO HELP AND EDUCATE SCHOOL PUPILS THROUGHOUT THE PRINCIPALITY OF WALES THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN RUGBY UNION FOOTBALL SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY BE HELPED TO GO TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
