THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO FURTHER PURPOSES WHICH ARE WHOLLY AND EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES. IN PARTICULAR, THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY OF THE HOMELESS IN THE UK BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY.
