THE CHARITYÆS OBJECTS ARE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC (WITH A PARTICULAR BUT NON-EXCLUSIVE FOCUS ON YOUNG PEOPLE AND EMERGING TALENT), BOTH IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND INTERNATIONALLY: 1. TO ADVANCE EDUCATION THROUGH (WITHOUT LIMITATION) PROMOTING LEARNING AND CREATIVE COLLABORATION WITH THE PUBLIC, WITH A PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE MAKING AND DISTRIBUTION OF FILM, TELEVISION AND OTHER ART FORMS OF THE MOVING IMAGE; AND 2. TO PROMOTE THE ARTS, IN PARTICULAR (WITHOUT LIMITATION) THROUGH PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES TO INSPIRE AND RAISE AWARENESS ABOUT FILM AND OTHER ART FORMS OF THE MOVING IMAGE, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THROUGH HOLDING FILM FESTIVALS AND PUBLIC SCREENINGS. NOTHING IN THE ARTICLES SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND/OR SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
