TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ON THE SUBJECT OF RESILIENCE THEORY IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: - PROVIDING PUBLIC LECTURES, EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS; - PROMOTING RESEARCH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN ALL ASPECTS OF THAT SUBJECT AND PUBLISHING THE USEFUL RESULTS. RESILIENCE THEORY IS THE STUDY OF HOW HUMAN BEINGS RESPOND TO CHANGES IN THE WIDER SOCIO-ECOLOGICAL SYSTEM AS EXPLAINED BY THE RESILIENCE CENTRE AT STOCKHOLM UNIVERSITY, SWEDEN.
