TO PROVIDE A PRIZE TO BE AWARDED TO THE PRIEST (OR PRIESTS NOT EXCEEDING TWO) ATTAINING TEH HIGHEST STANDARD AND TRAINING AND BEING THE MOST DESERVING IN HIS (OR THEIR) YEAR WITH A VIEW TO ENCOURAGING FURTHER STUDY ON THE PART OF NEWLY ORDAINED PRIESTS IN THE FULL TIME MINISTRY OF THE ABOVE DIOCESE.
