TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED PEOPLE BY CREATING AND SUPPORTING PROJECTS TO PROGRESS THE DEVELOPMENT AND USE OF BRAILLE AND OTHER TACTILE MEDIA THAT WILL INCREASE THEIR ACCESS TO EMPLOYMENT AND REDUCE THEIR SOCIAL ISOLATION.
