THE TRUSTEES SHALL STAND POSSESSED OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND AND SO MUCH OF THE CAPITAL THEREOF AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT TO SUCH CHARITIES AND FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND IN SUCH MANNER AND SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY AT THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
