We help and empower vulnerable and isolated people who require support and advice. We work along side the hospital and provide support to the inpatients and offer support withdeep cleansing services befriending services food bank wide range of domestic supporting homeless installing key safes house sitting. We have referrals sent via the hospital and we meet patients at the hospital
