Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO FURTHER AND SUPPORT THE EDUCATIONAL WORK OF DANESHILL SCHOOL (THE "SCHOOL") FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY SUCH CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: 1. ARRANGING EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES THAT RAISE FUNDS FOR EQUIPMENT, PUPIL EXPERIENCES AND PROJECTS IN THE SCHOOL TO ENHANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS; 2. DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF, PUPILS, PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL; 3. ORGANISING SOCIAL EVENTS FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF PUPILS, THEIR FAMILIES AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY; AND 4. SUPPORTING OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES (CHARITABLE UNDER ENGLISH LAW) AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT.
