Charitable objects
3.1 TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE, OR OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER WITH THE SAID RESIDENTS, THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS, WITH A COMMON EFFORT TO: 3.1.1 PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN ACCESSIBLE GREEN OPEN SPACES; 3.1.2 PROMOTE THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION, MANAGEMENT, MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT; AND 3.1.3 PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR EDUCATION, RECREATION, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS; 3.2 THE ADVANCEMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND CITIZENSHIP FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, BY THE PROMOTION OF GOOD CITIZENSHIP AND VOLUNTEERING BY ENCOURAGING LOCAL PEOPLE TO TAKE AN ACTIVE INTEREST IN THE CIVIC, CULTURAL AND SOCIAL WELFARE OF THE COMMUNITY.
