Charitable objects
THE OBJECTIVES OF THE CIO ARE:
TO ADVANCE ANY PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES FROM TIME TO TIME ESPECIALLY (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) TO BENEFIT CHILDREN BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO CHARITIES OR OTHER NON PROFIT ORGANISATIONS IN UK AND OVERSEAS IDENTIFIED BY THE TRUSTEES AT THEIR DISCRETION.
