TO ADVANCE THE MUSICAL EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR THOSE WHO ARE MEMBERS OF MARCHING BANDS BY: A) HELPING TO TRAIN IN MARCHING AND THE PLAYING OF MARCHING BAND INSTRUMENTS; AND B) HOLDING CONCERTS AND EXHIBITIONS TO PROMOTE HIGH STANDARDS OF MUSICAL ABILITY.
