TO INCREASE ATHE SUM OF PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE OF THE HISTORY AND THE EVOLUTION OF THE TECHNOLOGY OF SHIP BUILDING AND INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING AND DESIGN, BOTH MARINE AND NON-MARINE, AND TO PROMOTE THE STUDY OF INDUSTRIAL ARCHAELOGY.
