Activities - how the charity spends its money
SWAP Rehabilitation and Resettlement assists potentially homeless prison leavers and homeless offenders referred by Probation and Police Prolific Offender Team.Our Change of Lifestyle Program, addressing mental health and drugs/alcohol addiction, assists the transition from prison to successful community living. Our education projects are helping those with little/no education to build confidence.
