Our Vision Our Future is a self-advocacy, self help group run by and for adults with learning disabilities, we offer a safe place to meet 3 times a week. We are an essential circle of support for people who otherwise have little choice or opportunity to socialise, access their community, meet and make friends or have relationships.

THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION AMONG ADULTS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES, IN DERBYSHIRE, WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF THEIR DISABILITY, WE DO THIS BY, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: 1) PROVIDING WORKSHOPS, FORUMS, SELF-ADVOCACY AND GENERAL SUPPORT; 2) PROVIDING SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES INVOLVING THE LOCAL COMMUNITY AND INCLUDING TRANSPORT; 3) RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE ISSUES AFFECTING ADULTS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES
