THE RELIEF OF POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG HOMELESS PEOPLE IN GREATER LONDON, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING FOOD, CLOTHING AND ESSENTIALS TO THEM ON A REGULAR BASIS TO RELIEVE THEIR NEEDS.
