(B) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO ALLEVIATE SUFFERING AND RELIEVE SICKNESS OF THOSE EXPERIENCING ILL HEALTH THROUGH THE ENHANCEMENT OF THE PROVISION OF HEALTHCARE SERVICES AND FACILITIES IN THE PRIVATE AND PUBLIC HEALTHCARE SECTOR AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR DISCRETION SEE FIT, INCLUDING BY AWARDING GRANTS TO CHARITABLE HOSPITAL OR OTHER HEALTHCARE INSTITUTIONS (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NURSING HOMES).
