TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE TOWN OF WINTERTON IN THE COUNTY OF HUMBERSIDE AND ITS IMMEDIATE VICINITY BY PROVIDING FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
