THE OBJECT OF THE CIO SHALL BE TO
(I) ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN OF PRIMARY SCHOOL AGE AND
(II) PROVIDE FOR THE RECREATION OF CHILDREN OF PRIMARY SCHOOL AGE IN EACH CASE BY MAKING FACILITIES AND SERVICES AVAILABLE TO PUPILS OF LEASOWES PRIMARY SCHOOL DURING OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS
