1. THE RELIEF AND PREVENTION OF POVERTY IN ANY WAY THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT INCLUDING THROUGH OFFERING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND OTHER FORMS OF PRACTICAL SUPPORT.
2. ADVANCING EDUCATION BY OFFERING ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS TO PEOPLE WHOSE FIRST LANGUAGE IS NOT ENGLISH, TO ASSIST THEM IN INTEGRATING MORE FULLY INTO THEIR LOCAL COMMUNITY.
