UPON TRUST FOR THE PURPOSES OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE VILLAGE OF TREGARTH AND FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE COMMUNITY OF LLANDEGAI IN THE COUNTY OF GWYNEDD WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
