Charitable objects
1. TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF WOMEN FROM COLOMBIA WHO HAVE BEEN VICTIMS OF TORTURE OR VIOLENCE INCLUDING SEXUAL VIOLENCE AND WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF THEIR HEALTH, FINANCIAL OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING SUPPORT, ADVOCACY AND INFORMATION, AND ENABLING THEM TO SHARE THEIR EXPERIENCES, TO ASSIST THEIR RECOVERY. 2. TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION OF WOMEN FROM COLOMBIA WHO HAVE SUFFERED TORTURE OR VIOLENCE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PREVENTING THEM FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THEIR NEEDS AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY. FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE ‘SOCIALLY EXCLUDED’ MEANS BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PART OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF BEING A MEMBER OF A SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DEPRIVED COMMUNITY.
