TO PROVIDE SHELTER AND CARE FOR STRAY, ABANDONED AND OTHER UNWANTED DOGS; TO RETURN THEM TO THEIR OWNERS WHERE POSSIBLE; TO CARE FOR AND REHABILITATE THE OTHERS BEFORE FINDING THEM SUITABLE, AND LOVING NEW PERMANENT HOMES. IN ADDITION TO SEEK TO INSTIL RESPONSIBLE DOG OWNERSHIP AMONG THE COMMUNITY THROUGH THE EXAMPLE OF GOOD ANIMAL WELFARE PRACTICE, AND EDUCATION.
