Charitable objects
1.TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE 2.TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PREVENTING PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY BY: A)PROVIDING EDUCATION AND TRAINING INCLUDING VOCATIONAL AND BASIC SKILLS IN ORDER TO PREPARE THEM FOR EMPLOYMENT/WORK EXPERIENCE PLACEMENTS AND ENCOURAGING INDEPENDENT LIVING PROMOTING PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT BY THE PROVISION OF VOCATIONAL ACTIVITIES B)TO ENCOURAGE SOCIAL INTEGRATION SUCH AS A CHOIR, GARDENING CLUB AND OTHER RELATED ACTIVITIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE “SOCIALLY EXCLUDED” MEANS BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF BEING A MEMBER OF A SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DEPRIVED COMMUNITY AND IN PARTICULAR THOSE PEOPLE WHO HAVE A DISABILITY OR LONG-TERM HEALTH CONDITIONS.
