TO RAISE THE ARTISTIC TASTE OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN THE ART OF MUSIC, AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG MUSICIANS OF OUTSTANDING TALENT BY HOLDING A COMPETITION ON A TRIENNIAL BASIS FOR PIANISTS OF ALL NATIONALITIES UNDER THE AGE OF 25.
