THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH OR THE SAVING OF LIVES TO: - ADVANCE HEALTH AND THE SAVING OF LIVES BY PREVENTING OR TREATING HEART FAILURE AND RELATED CARDIOVASCULAR AND METABOLIC DISEASES TO: - DEVISE, EVALUATE AND DISSEMINATE BEST PRACTICE IN TREATMENTS AND OTHER STRATEGIES INCLUDING DIAGNOSTIC, CURATIVE, THERAPEUTIC AND/OR PALLIATIVE AIMS IN THE FIELD OF HEART FAILURE AND RELATED CARDIOVASCULAR AND METABOLIC DISEASES 3. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO: - ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS INVOLVED WITH PREVENTION, DIAGNOSIS, MANAGEMENT AND TREATMENT DISCOVERY OF HEART FAILURE AND RELATED CARDIOVASCULAR AND METABOLIC DISEASES THROUGHOUT THE WORLD. TO: - PROMOTE, SUSTAIN AND INCREASE INDIVIDUAL AND COLLECTIVE KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF HEART FAILURE AND RELATED CARDIOVASCULAR AND METABOLIC DISEASES AS WELL AS THE DEVELOPMENT OF STANDARDS FOR DISEASE MANAGEMENT, EDUCATION AND TRAINING TO: - DEVELOP, PROMOTE AND SUPPORT COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND AWARENESS PROJECTS IN THE FIELD OF HEART FAILURE AND RELATED CARDIOVASCULAR AND METABOLIC DISEASES TO: - CONDUCT FORMAL EDUCATION OF CARDIOLOGISTS AND OTHER HEALTH CARE WORKERS IN THE FIELD OF HEART FAILURE AND RELATED CARDIOVASCULAR AND METABOLIC DISEASES TO: - TRAIN AND PROMOTE LIFE-LONG LEARNING FOR CARDIOLOGISTS AND OTHER HEALTH CARE WORKERS IN THE FIELD OF HEART FAILURE AND RELATED CARDIOVASCULAR AND METABOLIC DISEASES TO: - RESEARCH AND ADD TO COLLECTIVE KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF HEART FAILURE AND RELATED CARDIOVASCULAR AND METABOLIC DISEASES TO: – UNDERTAKE THE SCIENTIFIC AND MATERIAL ORGANISATION OF ANY SCIENTIFIC OR PUBLIC ACTIVITY BRINGING TOGETHER HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS AS WELL AS REPRESENTATIVES INTERESTED IN HEART FAILURE AND RELATED CARDIOVASCULAR AND METABOLIC DISEASES. TO: - ORGANISE COLLECTION, ANALYSIS, PROCESSING AND COMMUNICATION OF SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION AND DATA OBTAINED FROM A WIDE RANGE OF PHYSICIANS, SCIENTISTIS OR INSTITUTIONS OF MEDICINE AND SCIENCE.
