Our primary purpose is the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation and the advancement of physical education by the provision of facilities for Rowing and other sport for the benefit of the Inhabitants of West London and surrounding areas. We seek to broaden access to rowing and promote the development of rowing.

THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ('THE OBJECTS') ARE THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR ROWING AND OTHER SPORT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF WEST LONDON AND SURROUNDING AREAS, SCHOOL AGE PUPILS, UNIVERSITY STUDENTS AND OTHER YOUNG PERSONS, AND SUCH OTHER PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED FOR SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
