TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC GENERALLY IN RESPECT OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY IN ALL ITS BRANCHES BY MEANS OF HANDS-ON ACTIVITIES, PRESENTATIONS, DISCUSSIONS AND LECTURES, AND TO ENCOURAGE A WIDER APPRECIATION OF THE EARTH, ITS ENVIRONMENTS, AND THE WIDER ENVIRONMENT OF THE UNIVERSE.
