THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG INDIVIDUALS LIVING IN TEES VALLEY AND NORTH YORKSHIRE BY PROVIDING ITEMS, ADVICE, AND OTHER SUCH SERVICES WHICH ARE REQUIRED TO MEET THEIR BASIC NEEDS.
