3.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (OBJECTS) ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: 3.1.1 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL, INCLUDING BUT NOT ONLY ARABIC SPEAKING PEOPLE, IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (A) TRANSLATING INTO THE ARABIC LANGUAGE LITERARY (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION SCIENTIFIC, LEARNED, ACADEMIC, FICTIONAL AND OTHER NON-FICTIONAL) WORKS AND PUBLISHING THESE TRANSLATIONS; AND (B) PUBLISHING OR REPUBLISHING LITERARY (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION SCIENTIFIC, LEARNED, ACADEMIC, FICTIONAL AND OTHER NON-FICTIONAL) WORKS WHICH WERE ORIGINALLY WRITTEN IN ARABIC; AND 3.1.2 THE ADVANCEMENT OF SUCH OTHER OBJECTS OR PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
