TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF HOMELESS PERSONS, OR THOSE AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS IN NORTHAMPTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE WHO ARE FROM ETHNIC MINORITY GROUPS AND MEMBERS OF THE LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY, BY THE PROVISION OF TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION, SHELTER, WARMTH, FOOD, ADVICE, SIGNPOSTING AND SUPPORT.
