Classroom based learning and organised activities in an effort to promote mutual respect of all others. To fundraise for emergency relief to long term development projects in areas such as water, sanitation, health and nutrition to help the poor worldwide.

1. TO ADVANCE THE SUNNI ISLAMIC RELIGION IN BLACKBURN AND SURROUNDING AREAS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A MADRASSAH 2. TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE IN BLACKBURN AND SURROUNDING AREAS THROUGH: (A) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; (B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.?
