TO RELIEVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. 3.1.3. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF BOYS AND GIRLS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO, IN THE OPINION OF THE CHARITY TRUSTEES, ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
