TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN OR TO ASSIST IN ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING A RECREATION GROUND AND/OR ATHLETIC TRACK IN GOSFORTH AND TO PURCHASE SUCH EQUIPMENT AS IS CONSIDERED NECESSARY FOR USE WITH SUCH RECREATION GROUND AND/OR ATHLETIC TRACK FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF GOSFORTH AND ITS NEIGHBOURHOOD AND SUCH OTHER MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC AS DESIRE TO AND CONVENIENTLY MAKE USE OF SUCH RECREATION GROUND AND/OR ATHLETIC TRACK AND EQUIPMENT.
