THE PURPOSES OF THE CHARITY ('THE PURPOSES') ARE:
1. THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN ALI NAGAR IN BANGLADESH BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY.
2. TO ADVANCE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES (ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME.
