THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, VULNERABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER SOCIAL DISADVANTAGE, BY PROVIDING PRACTICAL AND PASTORAL SUPPORT, AND SEPARATE COMMUNITY PROJECTS UNDERPINNED AND BASED ON THE CHRISTIAN FAITH.
IN THIS CLAUSE VULNERABILITY MEANS THOSE WHO ARE SURVIVORS OF EXPLOITATION, TRAFFICKING AND ABUSE AS WELL AS THOSE STRUGGLING WITH ADDICTION.
