Cycling Club Hackney promotes quality cycling and cycle sport for all abilities and ages. We have a strong youth section, with coaching provided by our fully qualified staff, supported by volunteers. Alongside the traditional club format we specialise in community outreach, with a proven record for creating opportunities in the community for people to be physically active through cycling.

Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: 1) THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR CYCLING AND OTHER PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES. 2) TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH: (A) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; (B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
