THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE RELIEF OF THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH DOWN SYNDROME, THEIR FAMILIES, HELPERS, CARERS, AND PROFESSIONALS WITHIN ENGLAND BY PROVIDING FACILITIES, SERVICES AND OTHER SUCH CHARITABLE SUPPORT AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
