TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT RUSHBURY COF E PRIMARY SCHOOL BY THE ALLOCATION OF FUNDING FROM THE MINIBUS TRANSPORTATION TO PROVIDE AND ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES NOT REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL.
