THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS: TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY WORKING WITH PEOPLE IN LEEDS AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AS A RESULT OF HOMELESSNESS OR THE RISK OF HOMELESSNESS, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PEOPLE AND ASSIST THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY ESTABLISHING A DROP-IN CENTRE PROVIDING FOOD, DRINK, REPLACEMENT CLOTHING, ITEMS OF FURNITURE, HOUSEHOLD ACCESSORIES, BATHING FACILITIES, COMPANIONSHIP, A SIGNPOSTING SERVICE, ASSISTANCE TO DEVELOP LIFE SKILLS IN LITERACY, NUMERACY, IT AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT TO DEAL WITH SUBSTANCE ADDICTIONS AND TO BOOST SELF-ESTEEM AND CONFIDENCE THROUGH ENGAGING IN MEANINGFUL RECREATIONAL PURSUITS AND THERAPIES.
