THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BECAUSE OF DISABILITY (AND THEIR FAMILIES, DEPENDANTS AND CARERS) BY ANY MEANS, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF CARE, TREATMENT, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND ANY OTHER METHOD OF SUPPORT. "DISABILITY" MEANS ANY IMPAIRMENT, WHETHER PHYSICAL OR MENTAL, WHICH HAS A NEGATIVE IMPACT ON SOMEONE'S LIFE.
