Penmorfa Playmates enhances the development and education of children in Wales, for the public benefit, by encouraging parents to understand and provide for their needs through high quality child led childcare provision. We invest in people by encouraging appropriate training and employment opportunities for staff and volunteers. We raise awareness of our provision and of the needs of children.
