A. THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY BY THE PROVISION OF SOCIAL HOUSING IN THE FORM OF ALMSHOUSE ACCOMMODATION FOR PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
B. SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF RESIDENTS OF THE ALMSHOUSES AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.
