THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN CORBY AMONGST THOSE WHO ARE HOMELESS OR ROUGH SLEEPERS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY THE PROVISION OF CLOTHING, FOOD, DRINKS, BEDDING, BATHING FACILITIES AND ACCESS TO INFORMATION AND ADVICE RELATING TO HOUSING, FINANCE AND BUDGETING, DEBT MANAGEMENT, TRAINING AND ADDICTION SUPPORT SERVICES WITH THE AIM OF BREAKING THE CYCLE OF HOMELESSNESS.
