THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONG PERSONS RESIDENT IN SUCH PARTS OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE WHO ARE IN FINANCIAL NEED AND CANNOT AFFORD OR DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE SERVICES OR MEDICAL TREATMENT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES AND SERVICES.
