THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND PRESERVATION OF HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONG PEOPLE RESIDING IN THE UK AND THE NORTH WEST AREA IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY THE PROVISION OF DEFIBRILLATORS IN PUBLIC AREAS.
