FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PROTECT AND PRESERVE GOOD HEALTH OF SCHOOL PUPILS IN WILLOW HOUSE IN PARTICULAR BY: (1) IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE OPPORTUNITIES AND MENTAL HEALTH OF THE PUPILS; (2) ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL, IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF ITS PUPILS OR CONTRIBUTE TO IMPROVING THEIR MENTAL HEALTH; (3) BUILDING AND MAINTAINING POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF, PARENTS, AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL AND HOSPITAL.
